2. What i received was a plank of splinter rich imitation bamboo.
3. My back continues to itch.

There are always itches we can't reach. Reach for your back scratcher. But not this one. I ordered this one after my old plastic one broke. The finish on this back scratcher has a lot of un-smoothed jagged edges. The first time I used it I got a splinter. There are a lot of rough edges to catch your hands on. They could have spent a little more time on planning it smooth. I also found that the scratching part of it is not sharp enough to scratch a really bad itch. I could have used my ruler for a better scratch. I am sorry I spent the money on this one. Also the massaging wheels on the opposite end of the back scratcher is worthless. I tried it to massage a part of my leg and actually laughed at it's worthlessness. This is such a sorry purchase.

I love that I now have a back scratcher with a massager. Found a splintered area on one of the two. That has been easily repaired. Otherwise, I have no problems with the product

Not a perfect gift and not a deluxe item. It was poorly packaged and one was broken in shipment. The item is also very poorly finished and ridden with splinters. Do not want.
