I purchased this one because I knew I didnt want to keep moving it up and down on my head. With this one you can leave it on and let it massage your scalp without tiring your arm. The batteries that come with are a generic brand so they dont last long, but i recently purchased rechargeables so i no longer have that problem.
As for the feeling it leaves you with it is superb, I can fall asleep with this thing on my head. After I take it off I can actually feel a sense of clarity in my thoughts and a little pressure in my temples as if the vessels are filled with blood....lol
Overall an A + product
